The Lighthouse With Many Rooms
On a rocky shore stood a tall, glowing lighthouse. Inside lived a kind keeper named Mr. Elias, who welcomed travelers from all over.
One stormy evening, a family arrived with their children. They were lost at first, but found their way because of the bright light. The waves had been loud, and the night felt endless.
“Don’t be afraid,” Mr. Elias said gently, lighting more lanterns. “This lighthouse has many rooms. There is space for everyone.”
“But what if we get lost?” asked little Anna, clutching her brother’s hand.
“You won’t,” Mr. Elias smiled. “I will show you the way.”
He led the family up a winding staircase. Along the way, the children noticed doors, some big, some small, some painted bright colors.
“Each room is prepared,” he explained. “Each one is just right for the families and people who will stay here.”
“Did you make all of this?” asked Mateo.
“I helped build it,” Mr. Elias said. “But the Light above guides everything.”
At the very top, they reached a great window. The beam of light stretched far into the dark ocean.
“That light shows the way to safety,” he said. “Even when the sea is rough.”
The children looked up at their parents’ relieved smiles. They felt something warm inside, like they were safe.
That night, the children each slept in their own special rooms next to their parents. And though the wind still howled outside, they were no longer afraid, because they knew the light led them to safety.
Moral: We don’t need to be afraid when we trust Jesus; He leads us home and prepares a place for us.
